Yogini Bear in Hawaii!

Life is full of happy coincidence.

First introduced Yoga through my first pregnancy.

After the baby was born, has started Power Yoga regularly in Tokyo.

Has moved to Hawaii, and has devoted myself to the world of Yoga.

Focus on Ashtanga/Vinyasa in Hawaii, completed 200 hour teachers training, certified by Yoga Alliance.

Currently teaching;  Yoga Hawaii, lululemon athletica in Ala Moana, Private group class at Park & Beach

Interest; YOGA! Beach, Writing, Baking, Traveling, etc.etc.
